A Quiet Place hits theatres with a bang!

The one of a kind horror-thriller movie ‘A Quiet Place’ has hit the theatres on Friday and as per our expectations, the movie has done exceptionally well in last two days. The critically acclaimed horror movie made $18.9 million on Friday and $20 million on Saturday. The estimated three-day total of this blockbuster is approximately $45 million from 3,508 screens. Critics loved the movie ever since it got premiered at South by Southwest (SXSW).

Surprisingly, the movie made on a budget of $17 million. Finally after a long period of 16 months ‘Paramount’ received its first blockbuster. What’s more special about the film is, it received the mouth publicity at the right time as the amount of audience coming from advance ticket sales is just 10 percent, as per the sources.

The movie is beating all other box-office rulers and it also received the 97 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes. The IMDb rating for the film is 8.3/10. The performance of the main cast- the reel and real-life couple John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, Noah Jupe and Millicent Simmonds is up to the mark.

It was John Krasinki’s strong will to cast Millicent as his on-screen daughter as he believed that being a deaf person in real life and portraying the same on-screen will give a depth to the cinema. Meantime, Millicent actually taught everyone the sign language off-set and how great the outcome of Krasinki’s vision is clearly visible.

If you have not seen the A Quiet Place’ trailer yet, we suggest you that please go and watch. It will leave you amazed and horrified at the same time. There are some scenes in the movie which make your heart skip a beat and some scenes just increase your heartbeat. This type of cinema and story is rare. When we say this flick will give you goosebumps, note the words.
