Actors James McAvoy and Bill harder are in talks to feature in the film It: Chapter Two. The Film It: Chapter two is the sequel or the second instalment new Line’s adaptation of Stephen King’s It. The film emphasizes the adult version of the characters that were subjected to the tepidity of demon clown Pennywise.
The film It was released in the year 2017, and it grossed a whopping $700 million worldwide. Now as per the latest reports, James McAvoy and Bill Hader are in negotiations to star in It: Chapter Two. If the deal is finalized, then MacAvoy will play the role of Adult Bill Denbrough, who is the unofficial leader of the kid’s group dubbed as the Losers Club.
In the film It, the role of Bill Denbrough was played by Midnight Special actor Jaeden Lieberher. Similarly, Bill Hader will play the role of adult Richie Tozier, the motor-mouthed jokester, who grows up to be a DJ. In It, Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard played the character of Richie Tozier. Actress Jessica Chastain has been finalized to play the adult Beverly Marsh, the only female member of the group who, as an adult, ends up in an abusive marriage. Actor Bill Skarsgard will continue to star as the demon Pennywise.
When New Line announced that it has decided to split its big-screen adaptation of Stephen King’s epic 1986 novel into two films, fans started guessing about who will play the role of the adult versions of the kid parts. But now, it seems that Bill Harder and James McAvoy will more likely play the grown-up Richie Tozier and Bill Denbrough in the film It: Chapter Two. It: Chapter Two will start production in July and is scheduled to be released in theatres on Sept. 6, 2019, by Warner Bros. The film will be directed by Andy Muschietti and will be produced by Barbara Muschietti, Roy Lee and Dan Lin.
