On Tuesday, Neil Bush had lost his mother but gained a grandson on Thursday, completing what he called it as ‘the circle of life.’

Neil and Maria Bush’s daughter Lauren Bush Lauren and her husband David welcomed their second son Max, on Thursday, just two days after Barbara Bush died at the age of 92. The couple are already parents to their first child, James 2.

David took his Instagram handle and uploaded a sweet picture of their baby boy along with a sweet message that read, “We feel lucky and blessed to introduce our son Max Walker Lauren! He was born yesterday (April 19) at 5:33 am weighing 7lbs 8oz. He is happy and healthy and enjoying his new world!”

Neil also shared the happy news, one of the sixth son of the former President George H.W. Bush, who felt to be ‘blessed’ that the family had been able to welcome the baby boy so soon after the passing away of his mother.

Apart from their son Neil, the first lady of the family and her husband also shared sons, Jeb Bush, George W. Bush, Marvin, and two daughters Robin and Dorothy, who died after fighting a battle with leukaemia in the year 1953.

Neil updated a Facebook post on behalf of both himself and his wife Maria, in which he wrote that he had been ‘blessed’ as he got to spend so much of time with his mother and father during the last weeks of his mother and they all feel grateful to have received the condolences and the outpouring of love expressed towards her by so many friends.

David, who is the son of fashion designer Ralph Lauren, also shared a sweet message on his Instagram handle shortly after the death of Barbara Bush where he expressed how fortunate he felt that the couple’s son James 2 got the love and warmth from his great-grandmother before she died.
