He debuted on 2005 album Trap House, later released other albums like Hard to Kill and Trap-A-Thon in 2006. Gucci’s sixth album The State vs. Radric Davis which was his first gold-certified album.

Radric Delantic Davis was born on February 12, 1980, to Ralph Everett Dudley and Vicky Jean Davis at Bessemer, Alabama. Gucci Mane’s Age is 38 now. His father was a former US Serviceman stationed in Korea for two years and Power Plant Worker while his mother was a teacher as well as the social worker. Mane has a strong military background; his grandfather served in the military for 12 years as a chef during World War II, and his maternal grandfather served in World War II at Pacific on USS South Dakota.

Before Mane’s Mother met his father, she had a son from her previous relationship. His name is Victor Davis, and he took the name of his Mother because his father was not present to sign on his birth certificate as Police were chasing him for Drug charges.

While growing up, Mane spent most of his time with his grandmother as her mother was pursuing a degree. Later her mother became a teacher and taught him to read and write in his young age along with reading scriptures from the bible. While Mane was still six, his brother Victor influenced him to hip-hop by taking him to various concerts.

Mane along with her single mother moved to Atlanta in 1989 when he was only nine due to pressing family issues. Mane started attending Cedar Grove Elementary School. His overall performance was good and considered excellent in athletics. When Mane was merely eight years old, he started selling drugs along with his older brother, and later he started selling cannabis too. And later he used his Christmas money to acquire crack cocaine and took his career as Drug Dealer.

Though Mane was selling drugs, he never took them. He got into Ronald E. McNair High School where his grades were pretty good and popular among others. Mane Finally graduated from McNair High School in 1998 with 3.0 GPA and able to get HOPE scholarship into Georgia Perimeter College. He caught in possession of drugs by an undercover police officer and sentenced to 90 days in county jail later with probation.

Gucci Mane released over six mixtapes by himself called La Flare, later on, moved on to create his Label La Flare Entertainment.

Mane released his first album Trap House under his label, which took the peak at top 20 on Billboard Top 20 R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and finally started having popularity.

Gucci Mane later started his cloth branding Delantic Clothing line. And published his autobiography and also a small film career.

Gucci Mane later collaborated with many other artists like Lil Wayne, Drake, Mariah Carey, Selena Gomez and other big names producing over 12 studio albums and six mixtapes.
