Nick Cannon started his career in television as a teenager on All That later he hosted The Nick Cannon Show, America’s Got Talent and Wild ‘N Out. Nick even worked in several movies like Roll Bounce, and Love Don’t Cost a Thing and a few others.

Cannon started his rapping career in 2003 when released a self-titled album with a super hit record ” Gigolo” in collaboration with singer R. Kelly.

Nicholas Scott Cannon was born on October 8, 1980, at San Diego, California. Cannon spent most of his youth with his grandfather to whom he calls “Dad.” When Cannon was a kid, he grew up at Lincoln Park’s Bay Vista Housing Projects which is infamous for gangs located in the southwest of San Diego. During his teenage, he affiliated with “Lincoln Park Bloods.” a street gang but soon he left it after he lost one of his friends. Cannon graduated from Monte Vista High School in Spring Valley at 1998. During his high school, he was the president of African Students Coalition. Cannon at the age of 8 made his first stand up at his father’s local cable access program.

Early Career

Cannon first started his career in Music Industry, on his teenage he started a group “Da G4 Dope Bomb Squad” along with friend Steve Grove. This group attracted attention from celebrities like LFO, 98 Degrees, Will Smith as well as Montell Jordan.

In 2001, Cannon signed a contract with Jive Records, and he finally appeared with 3LW and Romeo Miller on Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius with a cover song “Parents Just Don’t Understand” which was 1998 hit. In 2003, he released his first self-titled album which was a massive success in his music career.

Career in Comedy

Cannon on July 13, 2010, announced he would start his comedy tour beginning from Just for Laughs festival in Montreal.
Cannon performed his first stand-up comedy special titled Mr. Showbiz at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas in mid-2011. A computerised arrival of Mr. Showbiz wound up accessible on iTunes starting May 16, 2011, with a physical entry of the collection on May 31, 2011.

Cannon right now is the chairman of TeenNick for Nickelodeon. Nick Cannon started a Sketch-comedy series Incredible Crew where he wrote and produced the theme song. Cartoon Network produced this show along with Ncredible Entertainment.
Cannon also declared as the Chief Creative Officer at RadioShark. RadioShark chooses him to influence youths.

Nick Cannon Wife and Marriage

On April 30, 2008, Nick Cannon married Mariah Carey at her private estate on Windermere Island in The Bahamas. In their third anniversary on April 30, 2011, Carey gave birth to twins, named Monroe their daughter and Moroccan Scott their son. In 2014, they finally filed for divorce almost after six years of marriage which finalised in 2016.

Cannon later had another son named Golden Sagon Cannon with Brittany Bell on February,21, 2017.

In 2012, Cannon hospitalised following mild kidney failure and again on February 17 after a pulmonary embolism.
