There are people at various levels of development, and including that distinction is essential if we are characterizing or coaching anyone. Generalizations that ignore developmental differences are usually too simple to be useful, are misleading and occlude the more useful truth of differing developmental profiles. For some develpmental profiles the developmental profile perspective will be too complex to grok. But there are many people who have the capacity but don't have the distinctions that permit objectification of our developmental levels. Objectifiction or what is otherwise "ME" is the most recent human potential to emerge (see Cognitive Archeology). This emergence needs articulating and tending.
