Open minded with a very well developed 'sence of disbelief' muscle from reading science fiction and fantasy all my life. Flip side is I also love to read about sciencem and can instantly drop my 'sence of dissbelief'. I majored in Earth Science in college. I write a lot, especially now that I'm on Social Security Disability. I even have a fairly regular article that appears in the little local newsletter here in Lone Oak, Texas. Unfortunatly, it doesn't pay me anything but seeing my words printed. Love Ode magazine as it is so upbeat and I find I often get ideas for my silly little articles from it. In fact I feel that this little town would do well if it adopted some of the ideas I've read in Ode. Now, if I can just get more folks to read the magazine, or this web site. As for me personally, I'm a chunky, old gal with dirty blond hair, a weakness for puppies, kittens, foals, calves, chicks and other critters. Even the older versions in some cases. Also, generally speaking, I love humanity...it's people who give me problems.
