I will graduate with a B.A. in psychology in June then begin pursuing my Master's degree in counseling in the Fall. My goal is to inspire and empower people to see things in a new light, from a new (optimistic) perspective. I am particularly interested in the work of Dr. Martin Seligman, Positive Psychology.

In the future, I plan to go into private practice and open a wellness center with an emphasis on integrative and holistic therapies...counseling, art, Pranic Healing, etc. I'm not sure exactly where the center will be located, but I envision a beautiful area with lots of land for a garden, horses, and even a small lake. This sounds nothing like where I live now, so it will be very interesting to see what opportunities the future presents!

hmmm…what else? I'm a Scorpio with Libra rising and Leo Moon, Mercury in Sagittarius, Jupiter in Cancer, Venus and Mars both in Capricorn, Saturn in Pisces. Interesting combination huh?! : )

I enjoy reading (Ode, of course!), writing, painting, drawing, listening to music, learning, creating, drumming, gardening, all things Spiritual, and spending time with my family and friends. Life is good!
