I have been a massage theapist and health educator for over 30 years. I presently work with an educational non-profit called Longevity Therapy, Inc. We teach mind-body skills and are presently using Dr. Gordon's Mind-Body Medicine Skills Training model in our groups. I also teach Tai Chi, love to garden and work in my yard which is in Abita Springs (Choctaw for "Healing Waters"), a small town about 1 hr. from New Orleans.
