I'm a retired educator starting a business to collect food overstock and farm surplus to make compost that goes back to the farms.

MY MESSAGES:

Does anyone have ideas on how to dehydrate compost so it can be transported more cheaply. I would like to maintain microbial diversity through this process. Any tips, links, references are appreciated.
