After 17 years in executive management and leadership positions within the professional theater, I “switched gears”, and have spent almost 2 decades as a learning & development project manager, and technology trainer, with significant global experience across diverse industries. I am passionate about guiding adults through the challenging maze of technology, and managing blended learning programs for businesses and individuals that need to reach organizational or personal goals. I have also worked successfully on projects with young people and teachers, to stimulate creativity and expand their learning horizons. At the heart of my career is a passionate and personal commitment to the continued growth and development of both individuals and organizations through innovative uses of learning resources and educational strategies. http://www.linkedin.com/in/ralphstalter

In the 2008-2009 school year, Minds Matter will launch a new Chapter and open its doors to students in Cleveland, Ohio!

The organization's services have also developed into a comprehensive three year curriculum for high school sophomores, juniors and seniors. Each year students are guided through valuable lessons in Academic Preparedness, Writing & Critical Thinking and Test Preparation.   Read more...
