I am a psychologist, who recently completed a 30 yr. career in prison work as a psychologist, and in later years as an administrator, and program developer. I have committed my career to finding new approaches to prison programming that hold the potential of reducing the rate of crime and recidivism. I am currently working on a book called "Ending Prisons". I teach mediation, and I am working on becoming part of a consulting group that brings transformational education into the everyday fabric of life.
