I work for Management Drives (http://www.managementdrives.com), a consultancy firm that applies Clare Grave’s (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clare_W._Graves) body of thought on Human Development on management issues. Graves' work outlines emergent stages rather than personality types which can be present at any stage. My focus areas are Leadership and Coaching. My heart and soul are with making ancient wisdom and mysticism (especially from the Christian and Buddhist traditions) applicable for the problems we are facing as a community. Living what I encounter in this journey, as best as I can. There is a profound beauty in translating all this wisdom in contemporary form and seeing it put to work in big international companies.
