I think even though it looks the opposite, we are much healthier in Mexico than in the USA because we eat natural, fresh, and in no rush. Eating is a family and social event. A very important one. Love to enjoy life, travel, meet people. Love to have time for myself. Would like to change the world, but have not found how to accomplish such a complicated task.
