I'm Annemarie & am living & working in Brussels, but was born & raised in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Sports and travelling have always been my passion and I love learning new languages as I believe it makes it so much easier to get in touch with locals when abroad, hence discovering a culture. During 6 months I worked as a volunteer in a Brazilian orphanage, where I met the most amazing kids and volunteers. Brazil has a soft spot in my heart and therefore I continue to stay involved in fundraising for 'my' orphanage. I've been a vegetarian for quit some years now (although I still eat fish and eggs) and am very concerned about the structural pollution and abuse of our planet.
