Hi, my name is Noel Posus and I'm a life coach, public speaker, instructional designer, author and playshop presenter (I run playshops more than workshops as the creative element is just as important as the rest for incredible learning). Of course, I love what I do and have been doing it for 20 years!

Why am I here on Ode?

I love the magazine. I love the community. I love the shared ideas, knowledge, experience and wisdom and I feel I have something to share as well. Just on that, much of what I share here has been inspired by others and shared with me along the way in one form or another throughout my life experience. So rather than claiming it all, I view myself as a wisdom-sharing-channel.

www.incredibleawareness.com is our coaching and learning programme development company site. We specialise in creating customised programmes to match individual and group needs. We love creating new materials based on the combined wisdom between us and those we work with.
