I am a semi-retired clinical microbiologist living in a 120+ year old farmhouse on 5 acres p;anted mostly in Michigan wildflowers (i.e. weeds). I like gardening, reading and folk music. Ode is one of tjhe two magazines I read cover to cover. In order to spread the pleasure I get from Ode, I donate it to my local library when I have finished. I am inI worry about what kind of world my 2 year old grandson will grow up in bur the stories in Ode keep me hopeful for our world
