Born in 1952 in Rotterdam, living in te East part of the Netherlands. My occupation is coach, trainer and consultant in human behaviour. Interested in the organic way of coaching people in private and organizational environment. Together with my wife Rite we are proud parents of our son Max Jr. Rite works as an energetic therapist. Together we run our own consultancy named The Human Factor Consultants. We both believe that people make the difference and we try to facilitate their change processes. Our clients are children and adults of all ages and backgrounds. Our parole is: the sky is not the limit as long as you live your life in harmony with yourself and others.
