77-year old grandmother having trouble seeing and walking and shrank at least a total of 6 inches; 3 inches due to osteoporosis, which I stopped by taking 400 I.U. of Vitamin D am and pm with 500 mg Calciumcitrate am & pm, and Solaray megamultimineral (went from -3.5 to normal bone density reading within 3-months, do not need Fosamax etc.). God put every thing here for our use and said we should take care of it and be wise. It is a matter of study passing the info along and every one with the same goal "better living the natural way" for every one. Over coming the past crimes to the natural world will be slow, but every bit will help starting with putting the trash where it belongs not on the roadways, rivers, etc. God Bless your efforts at Ode.

My father came from Germany around 1925 and at that time they were burning trash and using the heat to heat apartment houses plus they were cleaning waste and recycling, if nothing else composting farm land. Nothing ever went to waste.
My mother came from Czech and said if a tree was cut down a new one was planted right away and the forest floor was clean because it was picked up and used, not wasted. Read more...
