77-year old grandmother having trouble seeing and walking and shrank at least a total of 6 inches; 3 inches due to osteoporosis, which I stopped by taking 400 I.U. of Vitamin D am and pm with 500 mg Calciumcitrate am & pm, and Solaray megamultimineral (went from -3.5 to normal bone density reading within 3-months, do not need Fosamax etc.). God put every thing here for our use and said we should take care of it and be wise. It is a matter of study passing the info along and every one with the same goal "better living the natural way" for every one.
