I am the new Online Producer for Ode Magazine. I'm very excited to come on board and to be working for something I believe in. The Internet is an excellent way to communicate with a broad range of people. It is almost essential to have this vehicle of communication in this time where we need to focus on environmental and social change. I just moved from San Diego, CA to the Bay Area. I’m excited to be amongst nature and people who want to see change in this world.
MY MESSAGES:

Aloha Katie!

Thanks for your kind comment and the work you do with ODE; it seems like a fantastic resource. Have a lovely day. :)

Hello, Katie: I saw/see the primates image on the opening page (Thanks!!), but wasn't able to leave a group message for some reason.

But I did want to respond to your comment on the photo. Part of what I do is bodywork/massage, so I'm very much aware that one of our human propensities is to spend more time at the computer than is good for our bodies. Frequently stretching and moving around is helpful. Us primates need sufficient time just laying around, walking, exploring, etc.

Peace,

Earon

Hi There,

I am interested in moving from RI- to a place with warmer weather and a greater sense of community.

I'm am on a tight budget, and so I'm not sure if SF is even feasable, based on the cost of living statistics, but I'd like to be optimistic and believe that there are ways of making it work.

I'd be interested in finding a live/work artist loft style space where I can connect with artists, writers, etc. who believe in semi-cooperative or condo style living. I attend school from home and so I'd like make sure that my living space doesn't leave me too isolated.

I wondered if you could recommend any neighborhoods, artists co-ops, green communities, etc.?

Thanks,

hotowl

Howdy, Katie!
