It's such a thrill when an organization or group contacts me because they realize that they are uncomfortable and want to change, but they're not sure how or why. After 20 years as an entrepreneur with a storefront location, I'm truly enjoying the freedom and flexibility of working globally, without a business location to take care of. I enjoy supporting relationship potential and encouraging leaders to make the most of their talents and collaborations.
