Retired, married, living in the California Sierra Nevada foothills. Deeply involved in creating a new, multi-generational cohousing community in Grass Valley, Wolf Creek Commons. We are within walking distance of two shopping centers and within bike or walking range to historic downtown district. Yet with all of that access to daily needs, Wolf Creek Commons is quietly located among pines and oaks with 1000 foot frontage on a year round creek. You hear the creek, not hustle and bustle. We plan to start construction in spring, 2009 with move in last summer on 2010.
