Chidi Asika-Enahoro is an avid reader and a prolific writer who has published three critically acclaimed books; (A Slice of Africa, Innocence Interrupted and Till Cheating Do Us Part); all available on www.amazon.com.
Chidi was the Host of “Love and Balance with Chidi”, an Internet Radio Talk Show on Voice America Networks. She has been interviewed on many Radio stations on Child Sexual Abuse and has appeared on International Televisions on various Women’s issues.
Chidi lived and trained extensively between England, Africa and the United States. Chidi held various leadership positions including: President of Florida Rehabilitation Association (two terms in Miami); Board member of several Community Organizations; Co-founder and Operator of a Non-Profit Organization; a State of Florida Trainer, Contract Manager & Rehabilitation Consultant.
Chidi has a Masters degree in Clinical / Community Psychology and is currently enrolled in a Ph. D program in Pastoral Counseling in South Florida. She has a host of Certificates on varied subjects and is a certified Senior Disability Analyst. She is a Motivational Speaker and an Empowerment Trainer.
Chidi empowers her clients by utilizing her unique advantage of a multi-cultural heritage and point of view. She has an extensive background in Rehabilitation spanning the cause of over twenty years between Connecticut, New York and Miami.
Chidi has conducted many well received workshops across the globe. She presented a variety of subjects ranging from Child Abuse, Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse, Relations Issues, Professional Ethics, Cultural Diversity, Counseling Skills, Management Techniques, Relaxation Techniques, Leadership Skills, to Social Skills.

My unique multi-cultural upbringing exposed me to how, many people live in other major parts of the world. Although I came from a privileged background; I ended up working closely with all kinds of people from diverse classes. I noted similarities in the different classes of human nature. We all crave love and acceptance by our families and friends.
I was motivated to write "Innocence Interrupted" by my own personal childhood experiences. I also wanted to bring attention to the familiar predators that are not identified on the internets or posted in the neighborhoods. My book covers some graphic real life cases and is presented in an effort to inspire parents, care givers and all family members to be aware and pay closer attention to the needs of everyone in our homes.
