Having finished my years as a householder and active father, I simplified my material life so that I can have time, energy and money to "follow my bliss," as what's-his-name (Robert Bly?) used to say.

For me that means doing as much as I can to help the future of humanity and the earth, primarily by helping to stop human overpopulation. I feel that efforts applied to this area tend to yield fruit more efficiently than efforts applied to other areas. I do what I can in other areas too.

My approach is to use my skills as a songwriter, musician, and prose writer to publicize the issue and to raise funds for an NGO that produces "info-tainment" radio soap operas to change cultural beliefs and behaviors in developing countries.
