I am a massage therapist and full time mom whose passion is to understand the healing nature of the human body. My goal is to educate and encourage people to take control of their health and understand that pain does not have to come with age. There are things about the way we live that we can change so that our lives are much happier and sweeter. And when we die we can feel as if we have accomplished all that we can and pass on the knowledge for the generation to come after us.
