I'm an organizational consultant and coach. After 25+ years of consulting with leaders and their teams, I'm feeling compelled to search for something beyond leadership and its focus on the "top."

I'm developing a model based on the science of the past 60+ years, a new way of thinking about how we create and therefore actually work together. I've called this new model, "creatorship."

Creatorship marries our knowledge of interdependent, self-organizing systems with research on the power of intention and thought with our growing understanding of how we exist and evolve in relationship to others.
