I am living the great adventure!!! I am the author of the soon to be published book, Waiting for Jack, with a foreword by Jack Canfield and I am represented by Bill Gladstone, agent to Eckhart Tolle. Waiting for Jack is an exploration into why we wait for our lives to start and look outside ourselves for the answer.

I am a life coach with over 19 years in the field of personal development. My mission is we can be fierce disruptions of the ordinary in our lives and the world by shining our light and facilitating and supporting others to do the same.

I host a weekly radio show with experts guests who have demonstrated a talent for being "a fierce disruption of the ordinary" in their own lives and the world.
