My background is in strategic talent initiatives and general management. I've headed up staffing for a global PR agency, employment initiatives for a F150 luxury retailer, and managed a $40 million department store. I've recently launched my own consultancy - Talent Synchronicity, and am interested in exploring ways to integrate spirituality into business practices as a means to further community, engagement and innovation. The role of technology as an enabler to connections, collaboration and community building is also an area of interest and current research. In addition to Talent Synchronicity, I am executive director for the Future of Talent.

My personal interests include yoga, travel, hiking and art. I'll be undertaking a 3-week, 200-hour yoga teacher training intensive this summer as a means to deepening my practice and further exploring the integration of yoga philosophy and business.
