I'm a holistic health educator, Jin Shin Jyustu practitioner and also offer craniosacral therapy and zero balancing. Am an eternal optimist with a strong belief in the human spirit. The word that best describes me is "curious" - Have been an informal student of Ken Wilber's work for 10 years, although in the past few years am more interested in how his theories show up in real life. Digital collage and art are a passion of mine and I love Jerrie Uelsmann's work. Have recently discovered Renga - linked verse that is the basis of Haiku - and am drawn to anything wabi sabi.
