After my study business administration I travelled with my partner in 2,5 years in total as backpacker. In this periods I started to look on another way to this beautiful world. During the years after I'll tried to find my way. In 2001 I started my own business, in 2006 I found my way of 'giving back to the earth & community'. In 2007 I started with the local jobboards http://www.zwolle.heeftwerk.nl. Now I started a few more. These jobboards are free to use for employers who have a job in or nearby this town. And free offcourse for people who want to work nearby their home. Less cars on the road, less kilometers, better for the environment. Quicker at home = more time for the family/social life. My wife Roos is helping people finding the answers in their inner, to heel the pain of losses. Like the loss of a relative, child, health or changed perspective of the future. We both have our office at home, so we can guide our 2 young daughters on the way we & they like.
