I am a recently retired public school teacher and administrator. I have practiced meditation and studied metaphysics for almost 30 years. I am an avid fitness freak. I honor and salute the positive and ideals of the hippie culture.

Currently, my passion is opening to my creative side through painting, spoken word, music and bringing artists together. Primary values are: 1) telling the truth and knowing the Truth, 2) expressing compassion and understanding in each person, 3) living from the absolute truth of karma is ours to make, 4) freeing my spirit and living in a free land and community, 5) creating community as family. Finally, there is only one reality, one truth, one love and one destiny to quote Bob Marley.
