My name is Renee. I'm 20 years old. I look "female" but don't really buy into the rigid gender classifications used by most of society. I believe a gender spectrum would be a more appropriate system (that is, if people need to be classified at all). I live in Northern California, USA. I'm completely queer. My partner and I are very happy together (and hopefully will be for a very long time to come). I'm vegan except that I still eat honey when it's from local, non-industrial sources that don't use antibiotics or other weird, inappropriate chemicals on their bees. I'd like to be a beekeeper someday because I love bees. They're such energetic creatures, and the way a hive functions as if it's a single organism is simply amazing. I'd also like to be a writer. The thought of having others read my work is intimidating, but I've got a few things I'd like to say to people, so I'm going for it.
