I would like to contribute to the creation of organizations, where people feel at home, can use their creativity and talents and where a playfull and light atmosphere is the 'normal' vibration. My dream is to co-create the dreamed future with the people involved in their own organization. My basic philosophy and working method is that of Appreciative Inquiry: looking for the 'life-giving force' in the organization.
