I am an ode reader from the beginning. I always hated reading newspapers, I thought what a waist of time. When I was young my parents told me every educated person reads the newspaper, so if you don't people will find you stupid or not very interesting. This idea has long past. But still something that stayed somewhere in the back of my mind. When I discoverd Ode for the first time in my life I thought now I don't mind reading actualities because they write in a way I feel is true, honnest and as I feel the world works. I have seen a lot of the world, traveled a lot and see myself not as a Dutchwoman but as a world person. And that is how ode fit in my life. To my regret I don't meet many people who read ode, or with who I can discuss about subject the way I see or feel it.
