A social scientist with an interdisciplinary background in diversity, conflict transformation and group dynamics, I recently worked as a global network cultivator for social entrepreneurs (www.pioneersofchange.net) and am interested in creating positive changes for increasingly complex societies. Currently I am setting up Hubs - habitats for social innovation (www.the-hub.net) in The Netherlands and Israel/Palestine. The red thread through my work is the belief in the power of diversity, that when combined, brings us better soutions to the challenges of our times.
