Professional optimist otherwise known as The True Callings Coach. To round things out, I am an insanely in-love wife, step-parent and nana who's also cuckoo about a 13 year-old Dalmation named Pongo; voluntary simplicity / clean food convert, cottage dweller, book nut, (good dark) chocolate freak, movie buff. Tried the whole grow your own food thing and I kept killing innocents green life-forms (the fact I can't keep a house-plant alive should have clued me in). Couldn't bear the guilt any longer so now I leave it to local experts and settle for paying them well and with sincere gratitude. I work from home with my darling husband doing what we love. 4 years ago we followed the call to divest ourselves of our wired-for-sound suburban family home and all that tends to go with it, giving away most of its contents to family and friends and 'right-sizing' ourselves into a sweet little cottage on the south-eastern shore of Lake Huron, Ontario's Sunshine Coast, where we battle with our composting toilette regularly.
