Lisette

Hello, I'm Lisette and live in The Netherlands. I am married and we have three beautiful daughters (17, 14 and 12). Two years ago we took our children for a big trip around the world. Within 6 months we travelled around the globe and all returned as world citizens. We have met lots of wonderful, interesting people and saw how beautiful our earth is. That comes with a responsibility. Once you've seen the good parts and are aware of the threats (like pollution, suppression of certain people), it becomes a necessity to live consciously and make the proper choices. All this can be done with optimism. I would like to think of us as realistic dreamers. Before this life changing trip, I've worked for 20 years as a psychologist, mostly at an academic hospital. After the trip I started to walk my shamanist path and now study herbal medicine as well. It brings me great joy.
