Experience from the deep field in refugee emergencies to the diplomatic world, from the NGO world to the UN, from Asia to Africa, from local level to head quarter, from effectiveness in the private sector to the bureaucracy in the public sector.

My passion is global visionary leadership. To help people see their full potential and to foster a new, global and visionary leadership where we look beyond the old paradigms and reach audacious goals with ease and grace. I am passionate about working with people who are ready to lead the world, and with people that we presently keep in positions as passive receivers and victims in camps, but who are just waiting for a chance to see their own potential and greatness and feel free.

I presently work as Senior Advisor at the UN agency for Refugees where I advise in CCCM (camp coordination and camp management) and train on global level.

And I at the same time look for new challenges... new, innovative projects that empowers people, build up their self-leadership skills that enables them to take charge of their own lives. I wish to work with leadership on global level and look for suitable possibilities to take my experiences a step further.

And when I don't work, I love reading about quantum physics, brain research, nutrition and how everything is connected. Life is a journey and I spend much time traveling and exploring all corners of the world.
