KimKash

Kim Kash is a freelance writer and editor (http://www.kimkash.com), co-founder of the Greenbelt (MD) Farmers Market, the owner of Greenbelt Om Community Yoga (http://www.greenbeltom.com), the president of her city's downtown merchants association, and an active member of the housing cooperative in which she lives, Greenbelt Homes, Inc. Greenbelt, located just north of Washington, DC, is one of the first planned communities in the US, and was built by the WPA during the depression. Kim's passion is for all things local: shopping, working, and socializing within walking distance of home is a blessing that her community affords her. All of Kim's work centers around fostering deeper connections between people and their communities.
