In addition to being a public relations consultant who helps other experts share their important messages with the world, I also have my own important message, and a real mission to share that message. As a medical advocate, I inform people -- through my website, http://www.HonestMedicine.com -- about the flaws in our medical system, as well as about some exciting treatments that mainstream media may not tell them about. I do this in hopes that, once people are aware of these flaws and purposeful omissions, they will work to help to improve the system. I started HonestMedicine.com as a tribute to my late husband, Tim Fisher, who spent the years from 1990 until his death in 2005 (at the age of 56), as a brain tumor survivor. What we learned together, along the way, forms the basis of my desire to change this small part of the world. I am extremely grateful that my work in this regard is being noticed, and invite others to join me.
