Having now retired from a threefold career as an educator, consultant, and writer, I'm using my retirement years for sharing resources and other information about organizations in which everyone matters, with a particular interest in seeing our schools transformed into such places. To that end I've written a free on-line book entitled CRISIS IN SCHOOL MANAGEMENT: MAKING SCHOOLS WORK FOR EVERYONE (www.jamesevers.com).
