Having now retired from a threefold career as an educator, consultant, and writer, I'm using my retirement years for sharing resources and other information about organizations in which everyone matters, with a particular interest in seeing our schools transformed into such places. To that end I've written a free on-line book entitled CRISIS IN SCHOOL MANAGEMENT: MAKING SCHOOLS WORK FOR EVERYONE (www.jamesevers.com). Also, I've created a lens rich in resources for transforming our schools at www.squidoo.com/makingourschoolswork/. And because Ode Magazine is a leading and a continuing rich resource for learning about organizations that work well for everyone, and about people helping to make them so, I'm honored to be a blogger here. I look forward to hearing from others who have something to share.
Also, I encourage teachers to join ODE's Teacher Forum where you'll find a more detail of my experiences: www.odemagazine.com/groups/teachers_roundtable

Hoffmann and Triff wondered how they could get behind Scott Harrison, get to know him, be connected with him and help him. Then they wondered if they could get behind and help other people like Harrison. Read more...
