I am married to a wonderful woman, Pam. We have three grown children, son Troy, daughters Megan and Molly. Very Proud of them all. We’ve always been a family that really likes each other. We’ve done and do a lot of volunteering – AIDs, the homeless, and the environment.
I am an artist, a designer, an architect, and a psychologist. I have worn an “I Love My Wife” button everyday for 28 years. I have given away hundreds of wife and husband Love buttons all over the world. I'm a psychotherapist and like supporting Loving Relationships, and I meet a lot of wonderful people who have become friends. The Japanese Ambassador to France and his wife asked for them and we became friends.
We love traveling to new places throughout the world. While visiting New Zealand, we visited a Maori village. I discovered that the Maori only have one word for Love, AROHA, it means Unconditional Love. The license on my car is AROHA with the image of a heart.
As you can tell, Love is very important to me. For me, like the Maori, Unconditional Love is the only Love that I believe in. So, I spell it UNconditionaLove, as one word.
Real Love is Love without expectations or conditions. Love is about giving, not about neediness. As a psychotherapist I try to help clients to learn to Love themselves so that they are able to Love others.
I finally created the time to finally work on a book about AROHA.
