I am Director of 3 social enterprises and get involved in strategic business development but then also do the detailed implementation. This is often where good ideas fall down - not knowing how to actually get through the minefield of bookkeeping, employment, contracts, constitution, boards and trustees, business plans, loans, marketing plans etc etc......this is all before the idea can become a reality. Many people lose interest before getting through the clouds and back into the sun of the great idea.......
