My name is Kate Forster and I am the General Manager of the the communications agency Dogma, based in Melbourne, Australia. In 2006, I decided to launch an experiment, based on what I felt was lacking in the traditional approach to business. What if Spirituality – long-relegated to the crushed-velvet-wearing hippie crowd could be a valid business tool?
