My childhood was a wild mix of artists, hippie philosophers, mystics, religious zealots and Jehovah's Witnesses. This foundation sparked a lifelong passion for all things sacred and profane. I have devoted my life to the art, health and beauty of body, mind and spirit. Study and explorations have included psychology, art, eastern philosophy (Buddhism, yoga, zen, tantra ), optimum nutrition, culinary arts, enlightened sexuality.
