I am part of a team working toward creating sustainable innovation that serves life, such as renewing the climate for learning - in the classroom, in the team, in family systems, in cities. Resources for this include programs such as facilitation of family and organizational constellation, as well as facilitation of conflict resolution and powerful group conversations such as dialogues and presencing. They include the Enhancing Children's Learning projects (developed by nowherefoundation in the UK), Coaching Skills for Parents, Social Workers and Teachers (founded on the work of Dr. Marilyn Atkinson and in turn on that of Dr. Milton Erickson), Subtleties in Communication, Systemic Modeling and much more.
