Lieve lezer,

Leven is veranderen. Verandering vindt contstant plaats. Niets blijft zoals het is, ook al lijkt het soms wel zo. Verandering gebeurt, vindt plaats. Cellen in je lichaam vernieuwen zich. Wij zijn het die vast houden, die verandering tegen proberen te houden. En ook al lijkt het zo, het is niemand ooit gelukt.

Veranderen is bewegen, is stromen, is leven. Is zijn in het hier en nu. Veranderen hoef je niet eens te willen. Het gebeurt. In beweging komen of in beweging blijven, dat laat je leven stromen. Zijn je intenties, innerlijke drijfveren helder dan stroomt het leven met je mee. In het denken stagneert de stroom. Probeer je de stroom te sturen, te bepalen. Denk je te weten welke kant het heen moet gaan. In het voelen zit het weten, het werkelijk weten in alle cellen van je lichaam. Voelen is stromen. Is mee bewegen. Is dóórstromen.

Aan jouw stroom van het leven, liggen jouw intentie, innerlijke drijfveren en belangen ten grondslag. Verandering waar ga je heen?
