The European Summit for Global Transformation

The summit will start on fridaynight, the 20th of november with a welcome gathering and the film "Darius goes West". Saterday and Sunday there will be the next speakers: Esra'a Al Shafei.In the year since she last spoke, Esra’a was named both an Echoing Green and a TED Fellow. She also participated in the Clinton Global Initiative. She credits the 2008 Summit with much of the growing recognition and awareness of Mideast Youth and its campaigns. Bill Liao, serial entrepreneur, co-founder of Xing, founder of neo.org, will return to the European Summit, this year in his new role as a diplomatic special envoy to promote the interests of St Kitts and Nevis for the environment and sustainability, a mission close to his heart and at the core of neo.org. After seeing the plight of sugar cane farmers and the economy devastated by trade barriers, Bill was moved to shift his activities in St Kitts and Nevis from purely financial to include substantial philanthropic contributions.
